Glad he put tough in quotes when talking about Putin, because otherwise I would’ve thought he was saying its easier to predict a tournament than to handle a transcontinental political crisis.

Obama does this shit every year. It’s kind of his thing, and yet every year people act so shocked and appalled.

I get it. The budget hasn’t been submitted in like 5 years. Shit in ukraine is fucked. But he does his predictions every year. I’m sure next year he’ll do them too. I’m sure people will care about them until the guy dies because it’s kind of his thing.
